Weighing In With Weight Watchers - Week Thirteen


FYI! In case you can't tell, I re-named all of the entries that have to do with my weight loss. I was numbering them by the post they were, but I think it would be better if I posted them by number week I'm actually in with my weight watchers program! Please keep in mind, I only started making these posts during week nine of my weight loss journey.

2.6 pounds! I cannot believe it, even now hours later I am still in total and complete shock that when I got off that scale this morning, I had lost 2.6 pounds! I am not exactly sure how it happened, I didn't really eat anything special, I mean I stayed within my points and I did go to the gym, but I'm not complaining! I am so proud of myself, especially after having gained weight last week. With this weight loss, I have actually finally lost all of the weight I gained the two weeks I gained! I am very happy with my progress.

I've come to learn that this is going to be a slow and dreadful process, it was so easy to put all this weight on, but it's going to be twice as hard to loose it! But I cannot and will not give up. I know I've mentioned this before, I have finally set my mind to a goal and I'm going to do everything in my power to stick to that goal, even if it takes longer than I'm expecting!

A Total Difference: 2.6 Loss

Current Weight: 170.0 Pounds
Ultimate Goal Weight: 120-125 Pounds


First Mini Goal Weight: 171 Pounds Met on 2/10/13
Second Mini Goal Weight: 161 Pounds
Third Mini Goal Weight: 141 Pounds
Fourth Mini Goal Weight: 131 Pounds


Goals for this upcoming week: I'm looking to lose another 1-2 pounds, but I will be satisfied with any weight loss. I plan on drinking more fresh fruit smoothies this week, as well as getting to the gym more and pushing myself harder at the gym this week!
