
First off, I know this blog is a week late, but the week just got away from me with so much going on that I didn't have time to sit down and write a post. But better late then never is what I always say! So I'm on week tweleve, which means I've been doing the program for three straight months. Sadly, this post isn't a positive one because I had a gain this week! It was a minor weight gain, in the words of my best friend "you could piss that weight gain right out." But a gain is a gain none the less. There's always next week!

Goals for this upcoming week: I need to hit the gym more! Longer and harder each night baby! PUSH!
