Weighing In With Weight Watchers ; Week Ten


This is my second week posting this, but my tenth week in weight watchers! This is sadly the first of hopefully not very many unsucessful posts! After nine successful weeks, I have taken a step back in my progress. Luckily ity was not a huge step back, like a gain of 5 pounds, but a gain is not a loss. This step back has given me a new determination in my weight loss. I know where I went wrong, I know exactly what happened and there is no one or nothing but myself that I can blame.

With my weight gain of 1.2lbs, I will not make excuses because I know what I did wrong and it's just more motivation for me to see what happens if you slip up for just a few days. But I can tell you where I went wrong. I did not count my points, I did not go to the gym and I did not sleep. I had a very stressful week and I let that be my downfall. But not anymore, tomorrow it's back on track! I ate okay today, but I did not count my points nor did I go to the gym!

Tomorrow is the day I get back on track. Weighed out points calculated foods and getting back to the gym! I have a goal in mind, a goal set and there's no time for set backs only steps ahead!

A Total Difference: 1.2 Gain


Starting Weight: 182 Pounds
Current Weight: 172.4 Pounds
Ultimate Goal Weight: 120-125 Pounds


First Mini Goal Weight: 171 Pounds Met on 2/10/13
Second Mini Goal Weight: 161 Pounds
Third Mini Goal Weight: 141 Pounds
Fourth Mini Goal Weight: 131 Pounds


Goals for this upcoming week: My main goal for this week is not based on weight, but based on getting back on track! I will be happy with any weight loss, but even happier once I am back to being determined!
