Weighing In With Weight Watchers - Week Eighteen


I'm posting on time, I am happy to be saying that I am back on track. Back on track both with posting as well as my weight. This week with eating healthy alone I was able to loose two pounds. I did not go to the gym this week, I am a fail at that, but I will get on track.

You should know that there may not be a weighing in with weight watchers post next week. I will be having surgery on Friday morning. So although I will continue to eat healthy, I may not be up to physically going to weigh in on Saturday morning. For the first week of my surgery I will probably have a decent weight loss because I am having my tonsils removed so I will be living off of sugar free ice pops and sugar free jello.

With that little message, I leave you with this weeks results....


This Week's Starting Weight: 171.8
This Week's Ending Weight: 169.8
A Total Difference: 2 Pound Loss

Starting Weight: 182 Pounds
Current Weight: 171.8
Weight Lost So Far: -12.2

First Mini Goal Weight: 171 Pounds Met on 2/10/13
Second Mini Goal Weight: 161 Pounds
Third Mini Goal Weight: 141 Pounds
Fourth Mini Goal Weight: 131 Pounds


Goals for this upcoming week: Continue to eat better.
