
Okay, so I am a few days late on posting this entry, but I did not forget that I needed to post it. It’s just Saturday after running all my errands and hitting the gym, by the end of the night I didn’t want to do anything but relax in bed. On Sunday and Monday I was extremely busy, so it’s better late than never!
I did not have a successful week, but I am actually not disappointed in my weight gain this week. Why you ask? That’s simple, you see for some reason this entire week I have had an upset stomach. ( No don’t worry, I am not pregnant people! ) So I drank a lot of ginger ale this week and honestly a gain like that to me could really only be from the soda that I’ve drank because I haven’t been drinking soda during my weight loss journey. Now don’t get me wrong, I am not happy that I had a gain, but this isn’t a gain that’s going to push me back in my success by much!

Current Weight: 169.2 Pounds
Ultimate Goal Weight: 120-125 Pounds
Second Mini Goal Weight: 161 Pounds
Third Mini Goal Weight: 141 Pounds
Fourth Mini Goal Weight: 131 Pounds
Goals for this upcoming week: Well since I had a gain of .2, I'd like to lose that as that weight that I gained, plus at least another pound. I have to remember to keep on track, there's no time for turning back!
