Weighing In With Weight Watchers - Week Eleven


Week eleven post and it is a successful post. After having to post an unsuccessful week, I told myself that I needed to stop what I was doing. There is no time for stepping back in this journey, only time to keep going forward! So I put my mind to it, told myself that I need to start watching my points again, I need to get back to the gym and here I am! I have lost .6 lbs this week, I still need to loose another .6 to get myself back to where I was before my unsuccessful week!

I have to say something, I have tried a number of times in the past to loose the weight but I always stopped once I gained! This time I can say how proud of myself I am for not giving up. I stuck to it even though it was really discouraging to gain as much as I did. I can say one thing if it wasn't for the support system I have both in real life and the lovely ladies I have met online I don't think I would still be doing it.

Starting Weight: 182 Pounds
Current Weight: 171.8 Pounds
Ultimate Goal Weight: 120-125 Pounds


First Mini Goal Weight: 171 Pounds Met on 2/10/13
Second Mini Goal Weight: 161 Pounds
Third Mini Goal Weight: 141 Pounds
Fourth Mini Goal Weight: 131 Pounds


Goals for this upcoming week: My first goal this week is to continue keeping on track, continue to go to the gym and loose at least one whole pound!
