Weighing In With Weight Watchers ; Week Nine


First things first, this post is a day late due to the lovely winter storm nemo, we were lucky enough to only be hit by about a foot of snow, but it made for some pretty terrible road conditions. Since yesterday the roads were so terrible, I decided to not take the risk of driving anywhere that includes my local weight watchers. But I knew that I wouldn't let the roads be the reason I didn't go weigh in today, I'm on track and weighing in weekly is part of this whole process, so this morning I dug out my car, took the trip and got my weekly results!

Not only did I get another lovely 5lb sticker, but I was lucky enough to hit my first mini goal weight! I have to tell you that I am completely shocked at the amount of weight I lost this week because I have been fighting a terrible cold this whole week which meant that I did not hit the gym at all. I know that it's no excuse, people who are sick hit the gym all the time, but I'm an asthmatic, I didn't think not being able to breathe out of my nose and that were a good combination! But tomorrow is Monday and that means it's back to the gym, I can't wait!

This was defiantly the inspiration I needed because for those of you who follow me on twitter or instagram you'd know that the past two weeks I haven't felt very inspired to be doing this. Yes I had weight losses both last week and this week, but I just felt like "eh who cares." But by seeing that by changing my eating habits alone, I can still loose the weight was such a great feeling.

Now normally on weigh in day, I would be doing a conscious cheat day. By that I mean I would not count my points, but still be smart about what I'm eating. Factor in what I ate and know that if I did eat something bad, that I'd have to work twice as hard at the gym and be even more conscious during the week. But since today is Sunday, I've decided that this week I am not going to give myself a cheat day. It's time to stay on track, no looking back now.

A Total Difference: 1.6 Pounds Loss

Ultimate Goal Weight: 120-125 Pounds


First Mini Goal Weight: 171 Pounds Met on 2/10/13
Second Mini Goal Weight: 161 Pounds
Third Mini Goal Weight: 141 Pounds
Fourth Mini Goal Weight: 131 Pounds


Goals for this upcoming week: I want to loose at least another pound this upcoming week. I also plan on getting back to the gym on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Normally I would go on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and maybe Friday but this Thursday is Valentine's day so I have to take the day off!
